Returns are buyers responsibility, we do recommend you return using a tracked method 

In your return please include your order number and email or contact number and your full name, missing info could lead to a delay in your return been processed

All items must be: Unused, Original Tags & Packaging, No Marks, Stains, Smells, Unwashed 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on: underwear, swimwear, dummies & hair accessories

We are happy to swap sizes within 14 days from the date of delivery this can be done instore or online please email us rayaschildrenswear@hotmail.com 

We do thoroughly  check our items over before posting if in the unfortunate event we do miss something & the item is faulty please email customer services
